There is a small but adequate beach on the property. Guests may also use the public beach next door to Breezes, but they must walk across an au natural beach in order to reach it.

There are 4 Restaurants at Franklyn D. Resort:
- Verandah Restaurant - International cuisine served buffet style for breakfast and lunch. Á la carte service is available for dinner Tue & Thu, theme dinners served buffet style the other five nights.
- Kiddies Dinner - Open from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm daily, the Kidz Biffet offers an array of your kids favorites such as chicken fingers, spagetti & meatballs, pizza, sandwiches and salads.
- The Pier Restaurant - Serves great Italian cuisine 5 days per week. Adults only, this restaurant serves dinner only 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
- The Sea Cotton Tree Grill - Serves Jamaican specialties from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm such as jerk chicken, jerk pork, speicy patties and favoites such as hamburgers, hot dogs and french fries daily.
