The Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman is an elegant low-rise resort built in a traditional British Colonial style, featuring pastel colors, lush landscapes and 53 beachfront suites. Rooms have two doubles or one king bed, and a balcony or terrace.

- Hemingway`s - A fine dining seafood restaurant open for lunch and dinner, reservations are recommended for both.
- Britannia Grille - Brittannia Grille caters to all with an enless array of salads, sandwiches, steaks and everything from fajitas to fish 'n chips. Open daily 11am-6pm. Reservations are recommended.
- Rumpoint Restaurant - Caribbean cuisine and seafood served for dinner in a fine dining atmosphere. Smart casual dress is appropriate. Reservations are recommended. Open for dinner Mon-Sat 5pm-9pm.
- Garden Loggia - Bountiful breakfast served buffet or a la carte. Sunday brunch and Tuesday night seafood buffet are also served. Smart casual dress is appropriate.
- Bamboo - This popular lounge has one of the best sushi bars on the island. Enjoy an array of sushi, sashimim, appetizers, specialty drinks, deserts and more! Open Mon-Fri 5pm-1am and Sat 5pm-midnight. Shushi bar open until 11pm.
