The beautiful gardens surround a fresh water pool area of 1,500 square meters, with an artificial beach, a separate pool for children, and jacuzzi. There are also free towels, loungers and sun umbrellas.
Beach Description
The Riu Tequila shares the same beach as The Riu Yucatan, which is just 400 meters away (5 minutes walking distance). The resort does provide shuttle service to the beach, where guests will find find free towels and sun umbrellas.

- Beach Club - A snack bar and restaurant located on the beach offering buffet service andon the spot cooking.
- Restaurant Jalisco - An air-conditioned buffet restaurant serving delicious selections for breakfast and dinner, featuring show cooking and terrace seating. There is a non-smoking area, and a dress code is in effect for dinner.
