Accommodations: Your comfortable and air-conditioned room or suite has an ocean or city view, the Heavenly Bed®, the Heavenly Bath®, cable TV, a coffee maker, a mini-refrigerator, an in-room safe, bath amenities, and a hairdryer. NOTE: While most guest quarters in the Banyan Wing do not have a lanai, the historic building's accommodations are big on style, charm, and antique furnishings. All accommodations in the Diamond Wing and the Tower Wing have lanais.
Dining & Entertainment: Beautiful beach views are the backdrop to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, buffet-style and a la carte, at the Beachside Cafe featuring a "superfoods" menu. Mingle over tropical cocktails, savor delicious grilled favorites, and be part of the Waikiki scene at the Beach Bar. Take a break in the afternoon for a spot of tea at Banyan Veranda. Banyan Court comes alive in the evening with a steel guitar trio and exotic hula dancers. The "Stay at One, Dine at All" policy means you have access to the restaurants at sister properties in Waikiki.
Recreation: Jump in! The freshwater pool sparkles in the sunlight, is lined by loungers, and faces along the private white-sand beach. Go snorkeling, scuba diving, and parasailing. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes when you visit the Westin WORKOUT® Powered by Reebok fitness center. Your children get to meet and play with other youngsters, under a supervising eye, at the kids' club. Baby-sitting services also are available. Time your visit to observe humpback whales during migrating season, and spot turtles year-round. You also can interact with dolphins. Take a walking tour of the resort and peruse the memorabilia in the Historical Room. When you just want to unwind, there are few better ways than reclining with your thoughts and a breeze under the iconic banyan tree, planted in 1904.
